The house is spacious and laid out on two floors. The ground floor consists of:
Large with wonderful
views south overlooking Loch Melfort and the Isle of Shuna. With double doors opening onto the garden, and access into the house
through the original front door of the house. Seating consists of a two seter sofa and two armchairs, plus two garden tables and chairs are also stored in here for easy access.

The are very
well equipped with electric cooker, microwave oven, storage
cupboards, sideboard, dining table and chairs. There is also the
farmhouse's original range in place,
but this is for decoration only! The kitchen had windows facing
east and south.

The has
a leather three seater sofa, two seater sofa and two leather armchairs. Heating is provided by storage heater
and convector heater, as well as the open fire. There are books and games available for guests use, as well as a CD player and radio.

Downstairs you will also find the, with full size bath and shower, toilet, washbasin, heated towel rail and fan heater. There is a small utility area in the hallway with a tumble dryer and sink, as well as ample room for boots and coats.

The upstairs accommodation comprises:
A spacious with a five-foot wide pine bed, large pine wardrobe, dressing
table, bedside tables and chairs. There is also a wooden cot in this room.

The has plenty of room for two pine single beds, a wardrobe
and dressing table. There is also a substantial zed bed stored here,
which can be used here or in the double room.

The provides accommodation suitable for a child, with a single
bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and coat hooks.

The house is surrounded by a half acre walled garden. This is bounded on the north east corner by the barns, which house the Egator.

Transport is provided in the form of a rigid tubed dinghy called Cutty. It is (practically!) unsinkable and perfect for exploring the area in safety. Once on land you have use of an Egator electric buggy to carry luggage and shopping.
